Remakes are iffy as we have learned through experience.

Anyway, Dead Island 1 -modded with QOLs- is a terrific game/experience.

Dying Light 1 -again, modded- is masterpiece of gaming.

Dying Light 2 is a great game, but they erred upping the action speed and pressure too much, little respite for considering strategies, etc.
