NVIDIA now offers new version 531.26 GeForce Hotfix drivers for Windows. These address the CPU usage bug discovered in the recent version 531.18 drivers. Word is:

This hotfix addresses the following issues:

Higher CPU usage from NVIDIA Container might be observed after exiting a game [4007208]

[Notebook] Random bugcheck may be observed on certain laptops with GeForce GTX 10/MX250/350 series GPUs [4008527]

At least I can't find it, mine are currently dated 2/2/23 and called version 31.0.15.2849.

The last five digits have been the driver version number for many years with Nvidia.
