/r/pcgaming was saying that traditionally, Dark Souls DLC had been the hardest content offer in each game. If that's how Elden Ring's DLC is, errrrr I might end up skipping it. I'll be curious to see their art design for the new content though, as that was my favorite part of the game, the monster design and the environmental storytelling
That's true for DS 1 and 2, because it was end game content, it still provided a challenge for high level characters, it was hard to the point of being tedius work unless in co-op.
Some of the DLC in DS3 was mid level, and while hard, you could over level before you go into it. So. I'm hoping thats what they go for in Elden Ring.
Mid level DLC is nice, because it's a good reason to start a new character, but end of game DLC is nice as you get to do more with your completed character. And find some OP goodies for another play thru hehe
