Platformers aren't really my thing, but I will say this looks pretty cool.

Severed Steel is nothing like Mirror's Edge really, other than some parkour stuff. It's much more action focused with the whole bullet time and what not. And yes Mortal Shell is a body swapping Soulslike kinda thing, it's more complicated than that but that's the gist of it.

Severed Steel looks like a poor man's Mirror's Edge. Mortal Shell is apparently a body-swapping soulslike. IGN liked it.

That's because the game is originally Chinese, if I remember correctly. The demo suffered from localization issues and bad controls I couldn't change. Other than that, I liked it and it got on my wishlist too. Good snag!
