He is literally mentally ill, diagnosed as bi-polar. In the past he has told people in his depressive states he gets paranoid, believes everyone is out to get him. How that translates into thinking being a Nazi is helpful? *shrug* no idea. Maybe he sees Hitler as a powerful leader, if he is "with" a powerful leader he'll be safe from all the people "out to get him". He literally is not in his right mind. All that said, banning him from Twitter (and probably every other significant social media) is the right thing to do.
