If two super rich asshats can't find a single lawyer that can build a convincing case against Apples highway robbery that is it's claiming the rights to 30% of any revenue that passes through an app, then just wait until the other big tech companies do the same try and implement that kind of business model in their online "services."

Because it was never about being removed from the store to Elon. He knew that wasn't going to happen.
It was about the 30%. If all he did was whine about the Apple tax, it would just be another tech company doing that. But if he made it about a culture war, suddenly this was reported on Fox News hourly.
