Yeah Ive come in an out on tinnitus a couple times. It's literally not worth going to concerts if thats the trade off. It's scary that at some point it might just not go away. I always wore ear protection but venue volume is insane, Id still get a thrum. They're slowly getting better therapies at least. The latest one I heard is you play a white noise hearing aid over it 24/7 and eventually your brain attenuates out the tinnitus neuron because you can't hear it
