The PlayStation.Blog announces the release of the PC edition of Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales. This includes details from Nixxes Software on this port of Insomniac's acclaimed PlayStation action game. The PC Launch Trailer and the previous Features Trailer take looks at the Windows edition, which is available on the Epic Games Store and Steam. There's also an article on the NVIDIA Website discussing GeForce-specific features it supports. Here's word on this chance to walk a few Miles in another Spiderman's shoes:
The Rise of Miles Morales

A War for Power
A war for control of Marvel’s New York has broken out between a devious energy corporation and a high-tech criminal army. With his new home at the heart of the battle, Miles must learn the cost of becoming a hero and decide what he must sacrifice for the greater good.

A Vibrant New Home
Traverse the snowy streets of his new, vibrant, and bustling neighborhood as Miles searches for a sense of belonging. When the lines blur between his personal and crime-fighting lives, he discovers who he can trust, and what it feels like to truly be home.

The game is $5-$9 cheaper on GMG btw. They send you a steam key. If you have gold status on GMG, they give you a 2% coupon on a purchase and you can use that on this, for a total of 18% off

This looks exactly like the first one, just with way more explosions and magical stuff. But also more villains. That last thing makes it a little bit interesting. The first Spider-man had terrible writing or at least absolute horrendous pacing. The DLC story was immediately much better.

Well that's like your opinion man.

I'm with you. I thought the first dlc was good, but the others were awful. Hammerhead, and the "maggia" were dull.

I really enjoyed the main game. The plot was good, the acting was great, and it was a ton of fun. Not Arkham fun, but still good. But wanting to 100% burned me out. I powered through the dlc but was getting tired of them mechanics, and the new enemies were a lot less fun. The big fat Gatling laser guys just got tedious (just like Sin episode 1!)

I am not ready for MM, because I burnt out on the first, but I'll get to it eventually because this was overall a great comic book game (but, again, not up to the standard of Arkham main games, yet better than Origins)

You misunderstood. The above is stated as a matter of fact, not opinion.

The most recent predecessor to this Spider-Man I found incredibly shallow and boring. Swinging around lost its charm after about a half-hour. The AC style "Go collect all this random shit" was also incredibly boring.

Very clearly not my cup of tea. More power to those that enjoyed it.

Looking forward to this one if I can just finish the first remaster. Says I'm at 53% completed. Still got some ways to go but I'm having a good time. Great game to try a new build on if you max it out. It definitely has some eye catching views.

I don’t get why Sony won’t release Bloodborne on Steam. Anyway, want to play Miles Morales as the first one was good, but not buying an 8 hour game for $50. Put on wishlist will see about a sale.

Boring. I'm a wait for a Spidey (Remastered and this moral shit) bundle to grab the whole shebang for $20 or less.

Both would be worth full price (together not separate).
