We have the first in a spate of medical mini-adventures today, as MrsBlue and I
have appointments for COVID boosters. We're scheduled to get the Moderna
bivalent, which reportedly holds the promise of greater effectiveness and
greater side-effects. So I continue to be a guinea pig for the mix-and-match
approach. My first shot was Janssen, my second was Pfiser, and now Moderna. I
didn't find the first two go-rounds especially debilitating. If no updates show
up later, you'll know my luck ran out. But I don't think that will be the case.

Faucci recommended separating them by 30 days, so got my moderna bivalent early Sept and Flu early Oct.
Most recommendations are that you can take them at the same time, unless you have a condition, or previously had a bad reaction to the flu vaccine.
I need the flu shot myself, but will follow my allergist's advise to wait 2 weeks after the covid booster, just to play safe.
