I think from now whenever any of the liberal terrorists around here start insulting the rest of us we should start suing them for a few hundred million. After all, according to them that's more than fair and reasonable. They won't mind being broke and homeless for life, right?

I think you should do that, and see just how realistic your world view actually is.

Is there a difference between insulting someone and recommending they commit suicide. As a self-professed liberal terrorist I think the answer is obvious.

The first requires some level of wit to come up with a good insult, while the latter is something an ape mashing his keyboard in anger can do?

Cupcake, I am not a terrorist. I'm a pirate. If you are going to label someone, at least get it right.

In the US civil courts, if you think you can convince a jury to award you millions of dollars, you're more than welcome to sue anyone you'd like. You might not get very far and will have to pay your own legal expenses, but if that's what floats your boat you can definitely do it. Maybe you can get this "rest of us" you are talking about to go in on a class action with you and spread around some of the cost. Though I'm not sure who that "rest of us" includes, given that you are usually alone in your unusual takes.

The worker rejecting the award is effectively meaningless. Even if he had accepted it Tesla would be appealing and it would be a long time, if ever, before he received any payment. If you are going to have to enter the ring, you might as well raise the stakes.

Don't confuse Cutter with facts. It just makes him angrier that reality doesn't coincide with his distorted world view.

"The jury heard that the Tesla factory was saturated with racism. Diaz faced frequent racial abuse, including the n-word and other slurs," Orrick wrote. "Other employees harassed him. His supervisors and Tesla's broader management structure did little or nothing to respond. And supervisors even joined in on the abuse, one going so far as to threaten Diaz and draw a racist caricature near his workstation."

What a ridiculous amount of money for some taunting. Jesus, everyone's a fucking victim to some degree or another but that you get to treat it like you won the lottery is absurd. Liberal stupidity and overreach knows no bounds. Well, it'll learn about that this coming Fall in America.

The jury awarded him $137 Mil, probably a good call on his part.💲
