Happy summer to those of us here in the northern hemisphere, as today is the
solstice. So today I am officially Summertime Blue. Likewise, happy winter to all of you below the equator. It's been
seasonally warm around here lately, but we were quite lucky in avoiding the
nasty heat wave that recently covered a lot of the country. Here's hoping we can
avoid too many of those so we can enjoy the warm weather rather than dread it.

But you know what was the real kicker? We had pretty damn strong wind. Wind that was 39.6 °C - this wasn't so much "sun" temperature, it was hot wind.
And because I am me, I picked THAT day to replace my GPU fan (successfully) complete with redoing the thermal paste stuff etc. Shaved off 3 °C ;p Not that you could tell with room temp near 29°C
