Out of the Blue

We were too late to go berry picking when we went to the farm yesterday to pick up our community-supported agriculture share, so we went back this morning. This included our fourth quart of strawberries in three weeks. It's just the two of us, so getting that much fruit as a regular thing might just make everything too regular around here, if you catch my drift. But so far we're keeping up. I finally got to say hi to the sheep too. There are two of them that aren't very interested in people, but there's another who's pretty social, and that one came over for a chat and a scratch on the head, which was pretty neat (everyone's tangled, matted coats notwithstanding).

Regular Round-up
Thanks Ant and Neutronbeam.

A reasonable conclusion is the continued use of exclusives is based on if Epic is doing well, and if not, they would cut back. I think the data speaks for itself.

2018: 3
2019: 58
2020: 51
2021: 42
2022: 26 (released and announced)
2023: 3 (announced last weekend)
Or maybe, after seeing several years of data, they are able to better dial in the optimal number of freebies that drive the desired traffic to the site.
