Star Wars Jedi: Survivor picks up five years after the events of Jedi: Fallen Order. Cal must stay one step ahead of the Empire’s constant pursuit as he begins to feel the weight of being one of the last remaining Jedi in the galaxy. Accompanied by his trusty companion BD-1, Cal will meet and ally himself with an array of unique and interesting characters on his journey. Jedi: Survivor will expand on the series’ dynamic combat in new and innovative ways. In order to survive, Cal must learn new skills and grow his connection with the Force.

Meh. First game was mostly mediocre but I'm curious enough to buy the sequel on sale as soon as I'm in the mood for some lightstick action. I also wish they would have switched to a more likeable main character but guess not...

I really enjoyed it. Not my favorite game but it was far better than I was expecting going in.
Main character wasn't my favorite either, bland. BD-1 was my boy though.

Awesome news! Fallen Order is one of my favorite games of 2000s, and I'd rank it alongside the original Tie Fighter and Jedi Knight as one of the three best Star Wars games, I have played.

One year ago 20 million gamers had played it with Steam reviews around 90%: not bad for a first sortie in the franchise.

I get it, I got annoyed of him jumping into containers over and over. And after Episode 9 with that Wheel droid (which has like no purpose besides 1 moment), I hated the droid.

man you guys really will gripe about anything. him jumping into containers bothered you?
i loved the shit out of fallen order. one of the first games in a long time that totally sucked me in such that i craved playing it until it was beaten. i hope they expand the scope of survivor; i don't need to save the galaxy, just more planets and environments. day one buy for sure.
and if anyone's into legos, rumor has it there will be a BD-1 lego set released in august.

I really loved the game (as typically it's not my type of game a.... lite Dark Souls type game), but going after every container BD's diving in got a little "old" after a while. Beyond that I love BD-1. But D-0 from Episode 9 annoyed me (and I love BB8 from the design and actual practical real life functional droid).
