You kid, but a good chair costs money. The best chair I have ever worked in was an Aeron, which prevented both RSIs and a bad back, since I could infinitely adjust it to maintain correct posture and ergonomics. The chair was still basically new after 5 years of daily use.
That chair cost $1200. I believe Blue uses a similar chair that he's had for 16 years or so.
That said, I'll agree that TT's marketing is a bit pretentious.
