I wanted to ask the following:
1. Who are those people. Where are they based. What’s the requirement for membership.
2. If they control everything, why is the US not under their control.
3. Is there any other place that’s not under their control. What are they doing to cause the US to fail.

4. How do we thwart the people that rule everything.

Yeah. White Replacement depends upon people believing that old White Men want to replace old White Men. It's insane. There's absolutely no valid reason you can say that's true, which is why they end up going "they hate America and want to destroy it!"

What's destroying America is xenophobia, because it's been our immigration policy that kept us growing, kept people willing to do the absolute entry level service roles, and kept brilliant people coming here to build something rather than building something in their home country.

Yeah, having purchased a house last summer, I've been paying a lot of attention to the real estate market out here. This is an expensive area, but I've seen a few cutoffs, A home under a million will sell in a weekend. A home up to $1.5 will probably do the same, as it's still the sweet spot, at least $1.4. Up to $2.0, you'll still sell quickly. Up to $2.5, you'll sell. But over that, expect to be on the market. I've seen more than a few people be frustrated that their $4.0M+ house hasn't sold in 60 days, but in any region outside of Mountain View, how many people are realistically open to a house that costs that much?

Speaking of Mountain View, a recruiter from a company out there reached out to me, and it's my favorite part of the country, so my wife and I looked at real estate. The average home purchase price last month was $1.9M. An 1800 square foot 3 bed 3 bath ranch with a detached garage sells for $3-$4M. It's absolute lunacy.

Here's the thing, having a wife who used to be in the real estate business. Expensive homes (even normal expensive homes, like some $5 million homes around here, sit on the market for sale a LONG time. These are niche homes. Not your usual buyer, and not a lot of them. Most buyers for that kind of house know that it's going to sit on the market a long time, and they'll wait or low ball the offer.

The auction house totally bullshitted that guy because even $50 million is an absurd price for that house, even in this market. No one is going to be beating the doors down to buy it, and certainly not at auction. At auction you want a deal.

That guy should have spent less on toys and stuck some of his money in a safe investment portfolio.

There's a whole service industry here of companies and even live in couples, who maintain those kinds of homes for you while it's for sale, and you go live in your other house. Because it could take years. There was a $1.75 mil place here for sale several years ago. Sat on the market for almost two years even with the price cut in half. The owners wound up donating it to a Jewish college to write it off as a tax loss, and the school turned it into a dormitory.

The more I watch the Avatar 2 trailer, the more I am amazed by the visuals. It's easy to overlook them because of the excellent work on the first film. However, there are a lot of improvements in that Avatar 2 trailer that show the technology has advanced considerably. The water and environment significantly improved, especially how the light hits things, including the Na'vi. It's worth remembering virtually every scene in Avatar 2 is CG rendered.

Well that's the stupid thing, unless someone had the exact same taste as you do you're pretty much going to gut the place and redo as you want. Still, if you can afford 50+ million for a place spending several more million to redo it isn't a big deal. That's the sickness that is affluenza.
