Here is a hint: Take a guess how much information bits you can glean from this normal fingerprint
"Fingerprint: BLA BLE AntibrowserSpy=0 uBlockOrigin=1"
vs
"Fingerprint: BLA BLE AntibrowserSpy=1 uBlockOrigin=0"

And how much each bit is worth to assign unique persona ID.

Whenever I see software like this I assume the computer in question is so heavily compromised it can't be salavaged outside a complete wipe of any storage device associated with it.
