NVIDIA now offers a new
GeForce Game
Ready Driver version 512.77 for GeForce graphics cards running under
Windows. Tomorrow is the launch of
Evil Dead: The Game, and the new
drivers adds DLSS support for superior performance on RTX cards, as highlighted
in
this trailer. This
is called "day-0" support for the horror game, which is only as practical as
day-one support, but sounds much more dramatic. Apparently Day-0 support is a
new thing, as we now have it for three unreleased games:
Game Ready
Drivers include optimizations, enhancements, and more, to support the latest
releases and newest title updates. The new Game Ready Driver for Evil Dead: The
Game also includes Day-0 support for Vampire: The Masquerade - Swansong,
launching May 19th, as well as Dolmen, launching May
20.
