Happy Pokémon Day. I've done my share of poking over the year's but I've never
actually Pokéd. But according to
Newsweek, the Pokémon Company brands this a "holiday." Fair enough, guess
I'll take the rest of the day off. Just remember if you are out driving to watch
out for Pokémon GO players out on celebratory hunting sprees.

Give it 12 months before they are sued for causing cancer and death and heart complications like every other weight loss drug.
Weight loss is insanely easy. Just eat tons of fiber and no saturated fat, and you'll never feel hungry. Probably helps not to look at fast food advertisements too
Soup is best. It's filling and hydrating. Pre-western fast food you rarely ever saw fat people in soup cultures like Hong Kong. You ever see fat old Jewish men in deli's having soup? Not on your life! Soup yes, fat no!
Need to be careful of the sodium levels in soup though... assuming you're mortal. We undead sorcerers love salty soups, and we never gain a single ounce!
But seriously, if you're buying canned soup look carefully at the sodium content. Homemade soup, on the other hand, is delicious and healthy (Hobbit chowder?)
