1mb. crikey. I used to live in the lake district in the UK, basically hills and mountains No broadband but because Mountain rescue services uses 3g/4g we had decent cell towers so the village used 4g wifi, slightly more expenaive overall but the latency and bandwidth were good enough, usually symmetrical too. It rarely dropped below realistic 30mb.

What's the over/under on the Superbowl?
Not the outcome, but the chance of terrorism?
So ya got 50'ish thousand fans having to leave the stadium (OF THE SUPER BOWL GAME) because of terrorists..... do the terrorists understand what sorta hell they are going to unleash on themselves?
They don't care. Ideologically driven terrorists only care about one thing and that is their goal. If they are killed after, or during, accomplishing their goal, they become revered martyrs to their fellow terrorists. Anti-government, white supremacists still laud Timothy McVeigh to this day and Islamic terrorists still laud the men who took down the World Trade Center towers. It's goal driven hyperfixation akin to religious mania.
Well most terroristic threats the could pose a problem will be idiot groups like Proud Boys or the Trucking community, or some other idiot group from inside the US (was my point)., and if ya know the die hard fans that will be at the Super Bowl, and surrounding areas, it would be rather foolish to attempt anything at the Super Bowl![]()
Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, Las Vegas Strip, Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church, El Paso Walmart, Orlando nightclub, US Capitol, Sandy Hook Elementary, Virginia Tech, Texas First Baptist Church ..

Hey Blue pay the extra 30 bucks for gig speed. I was paying $90 for 300 down and upgraded to 1 gig down 30 up for $120 and don't regret it! The weird thing was that i just checked a box on my account and it happened like instantly. I had to buy a new router but that was only $200 at walmart. I don't even think about bandwith anymore and the game downloads are fantastic if you have a console or steam.
WaltSee wrote on Feb 11, 2022, 16:09:You can tell us, honest. Tell you what, I'll go first. I pay $54.99 a month for my 250m/250m from i3 Broadband.
Quite pleased with my xFinity EWAN, too. I have 105Mb/ps down & ~95MBps up. Very reliable. Embarrassed to say how little it costs!...;)
