NVIDIA announces the launch of new gaming laptops featuring 4th-gen Max-Q
and new GeForce RTX 3070 Ti and 3080 Ti graphics. This promises "over 160 new
laptops soon," referring to the number of models in the pipeline, though these
days it could also just be a total number of units available. A
separate announcement reveals new version 511.65 WHQL-certified Windows
drivers are now available for GeForce graphics cards. These add support for
those new laptops as well game-ready support for the upcoming releases of
Dying Light 2 Stay Human and
Sifu. Here's the skinny:
Our
newest GeForce Game Ready driver features support for GeForce RTX 3070 Ti and
3080 Ti laptop GPUs, and 4th gen Max-Q features available in all-new 2022
GeForce RTX 30 Series laptop models, which include the latest generation of
CPUs.
In addition, our new Game Ready Driver ensures the definitive gaming experience
in Dying Light 2 Stay Human, which is enhanced with performance-accelerating
NVIDIA DLSS, and several DirectX 12 Ultimate ray-traced effects. Also, there’s
also support for Sifu.
