On my weight loss journey, I reached a milestone today, 179. I hadn't been in the 170s for quite some time. This week I'm down 3 pounds and 8 pounds for the past month—45 total pounds in 120 days (since September 18th). I also started to notice my XL pants were too loose. I'm using the last hole on a belt to hold them up, but at some point, I'll need to downgrade to L.
Congrats you skinny bitch. I'll make sure to put a life vest on you if we walk onto anyone's deck so ya don't fall through the slats![]()

Congrats! Weight loss has always been difficult for me, best wishes.
Thank you. It's a pretty simple plan—one meal a day, low/no sugar (I shoot for 0 mg but try to keep it under 5 mg max daily), and no processed foods. I also try and get 8 hours of sleep every night. It's incredible how much weight I lose while I sleep. I'm sure there's a scientific study for that. 🙂
Diet makes up 65% of weight loss. While it has internal benefits, exercise is not an ideal weight loss solution. For example, which do you think will lose more weight? A.) A person who spends two hours exercising then eats a pizza and two other meals throughout the day plus snacks or B.) a person who eats just one meal a day that doesn't contain sugar and isn't processed food. The other day, an overweight person (~240ish) in Chipotle looked like he had worked out (he had sweat on the back of his neck and was wearing exercise clothes). I watched as he ordered a double-tortilla steak burrito with EVERYTHING (it was so big they had to use two pieces of aluminum to wrap it). I'm pretty sure he ended up gaining weight, and he'll wake in the morning and conclude, "this exercising thing isn't working. I quit!"

Congrats. I've never found weight loss to be too difficult...keeping it off however. I was utterly amazed that I lost 10lbs in Europe over a month. I guess that's what comes from eating clean, not really drinking booze, and walking everywhere 10+ hours a day.

What's definitely not cool is how he did it: not applying for the proper permits and nor adhering to safety regulations for performing such actions.
"1. You did not troubleshoot the power loss.
2. You had all the cameras angled to not show any of the perfect landing sites underneath the plane when you bailed.
3. You were wearing a skydiving parachute and altimeter.
4. You bailed instead of landing at any of the landing sites, all of which you had more than enough altitude to glide into.
5. You made sure to grab a selfiestick before bailing.
6. You intentionally landed close to the aircraft to retrieve the GoPros.
This is all pure BS. Go find cheaper and better things to intentionally destroy than a vintage T-craft."
Ugh. The human race is well past anything approaching respectability. Imagine crashing an aircraft for Youtube videos... that sounds insane to me, yet it sounds like this asshole did just that.

He should lose his licensee and he should be responsible for the costs of cleaning up the crash site. I'd like to say he has to remove the video and forfeit any profit made from it, but I doubt there are laws in place to accomplish that.
