I wonder how much of a Streisand effect is furthering the exposure of this game thanks to Kotaku being continuously big time upset about it.
I picked up Project Zomboid and damn is it hard. If you don't immediately die you'll eventually die to one of the 46 debuffs you pick up while getting away from them.

Well, the tactical shooter genre has been highly neglected for years so it's not too surprising that it's doing well. Discounting the Rainbow Six games, I can't remember the last game of this kind since SWAT
