Out of the Blue [Jan 07, 2022, 11:40 am ET] – Share – Viewing Comments
There has been some extreme weather in various areas this fall/winter, but we're
having the first real snowfall of the season here. There are
threats that this may drop a bomb cyclone but it doesn't seem to have
exploded. Yet, at least. There have been some changes to how the parking lots
will be plowed here, so I'm on alert to move our cars when the time comes.
There's a little pressure with that, as it's like scrambling snow-covered jets.
But it always works out, so I'm just staying in the zone. Hopefully things work
out as smoothly for everyone in the storm's path.

Blue, don't know if you read back this far, but I just saw your reply. Thanks for responding, it was both unexpected and pleasing. Sorry if my post sounded pissy, (re-reading it, I thought it did) it just took me by surprise. You're still my favorite gaming site, and I've been coming here off and on since the quake/quake2 days. Love the site, and glad to hear you didn't like the add, either!

I have informed them and demanded the ads be removed. Unfortunately, it's the weekend, and since they are in the UK, it's already pretty late in the day. So it may not be cleared up until after the weekend.

Didn't know where else to put this...extremely disappointed by the Genshin Impact add takeover of this site. One of the things I've always loved about Blues News is not having to deal with adds on the bottom of the screen. This one reopens itself even after you close it, and expands to take up almost half my screen. Maybe I need a better add blocker, but this is the first time ever that I've been annoyed coming to this site.
