The gods’ torturous rule over humanity has lasted for millennia. Bent on cruelty and suffering, they demand to be served with blind worship through an oath of fealty pledged from every man, woman and child. To those who don't submit to the gods’ will; a slow and merciless death awaits.
Experience the brutal trials of a venturous band of warriors in their desperate plight to sever the gods’ callous grip on humanity. Every man and woman who can muster a blade, having suffered the brutality of the gods’ reign for too long, will be called upon to form your clan of 8 Celtic survivors and rise up to take on the legions of horrific beasts and minions that dwell in each of the gods’ hellish realms.
A personal tale emerges with every decision made. Succeed and see legends born. Fail, and watch lives turn to dust.

Ooops, as alwasy got sucked with Cheat Engine.
Not what I use GlovePIE for, that is mouselook, and thought that was the target.
But this piece of work doesn't have mouse look.
I misinterpreted the complaints in the freebie post as lacking mouselook.
Here is what I used with Gods Will Fall,Key.J = Mouse.LeftButton // Attack
Key.R = Mouse.MiddleButton // Rage Shout transform dark blood in bright red real energy
Key.L = Mouse.RightButton // Evade Dash, must be moving to workKey.A = delta(Mouse.DirectInputX) < -1 in mickeys
Key.D = delta(Mouse.DirectInputX) > 1 in mickeys
Key.W = delta(Mouse.DirectInputY) < -1 in mickeys
Key.S = delta(Mouse.DirectInputY) > 1 in mickeys
Works and no conflict with WASD, both can be used.
I find easier moving in diagonal with the mouse, but not an ideal solution :
Evidently, a gamepad is way more suited to this crap.
Promptly uninstalling, heh.
Sorry if this isn't what you wanted.
WannaLogAlready wrote on Jan 8, 2022, 23:56:It's actually this game "Gods Will Fall."
Hi, RedEye9.
Sorry just read your post by mere luck.
Can confirm that your example doesn't occur in a good setup.
Yep, had that happen to me, always my bad and quickly corrected :
Probably the game you are playing, as happens regularly, uses WASD for movement but also the arrow keys (all 4, a pair or one).
No matter, don't use the arrow keys.
Remember that the Up, Down, Left, Right, keys are just an example:
They can be replaced with any other keys in the keyboard not used by the game.
Or used by the game (but that, only if they do what you want/need).
Also, you can use just the 2 X axis instructions, and not the 2 Y axis ones.
If your problem persists, don't hesitate, post or mail me the game name, I'll install it and I'll gladly post the answer or mail you back with what you have to paste.

Thanks RedEye9, you're always a searchlight in this dusky times !
WannaLogAlready wrote on Jan 8, 2022, 10:40:It doesn't look like you have an issue sharing your hard work.
Hi Baristan, thanks so much for your post !
Glovepie is like an old shoe, known and comfortable, doing everything I need, having hundreds of .PIE game specific files I made, at hand.
But it's true it's no longer developed.
So it's high time I also install FreePIE seeing mentioned as having Oculus Rift support :
My fear is that my Quest 2's TMCs fail, turning unoperable my headset so I've been looking all the time for emulated TMCs on K&M, and FreePIE could be it, must try.
Downloaded and installing, thanks !
Jonjonz wrote on Jan 7, 2022, 06:32:Jonjonz, I get you righteous fury at the publisher.
This game looks like Albion and Dark Souls had a child.
Glovepie, what a joke. Digital on/off movement keys substituted for precise analog mouse input.
You bet-cha. Stop making excuses for lazy greedy publishers who want to stuff crappy mobile games down PC gamers throats.
Bodolza wrote on Jan 7, 2022, 13:11:
Why would you need analog mouse input for a top-down, beat-em up game? This kind of game is perfectly suited to controllers.
jdreyer wrote on Jan 7, 2022, 06:30:Yes, it's a thing.
Is "Glovepie" a thing, ?
