How much will the stucco outside and plaster inside help with that? I guessing some, but not enough?

I can see that being a problem in an urban or suburban environment. For my purposes, sound insulation isn't that much of a consideration.

I can see that being a problem in an urban or suburban environment. For my purposes, sound insulation isn't that much of a consideration.

I know people that have been using hemp to make their own clothing, but I haven't seen building materials before. That's pretty smart.
