There's just too much of a fundamental change from the source material for me to like it as Cowboy Bebop as Netflix produced it. Factoring in the problems with the cinematography not translating from anime to live-action, characters that also don't translate to live-action well (see: Ed, Woodcock), and the massive change to the 'ending', I just couldn't like it beyond just mindless entertainment.
I know it is difficult to do, but try to imagine you knew nothing about Cowboy Bebop until you watched it on Netflix, then what would you think? Because I'm reasonably certain that will be the situation for a lot of the Netflix viewers.
