Cowboy Bebop is good.
Not sure if you're being serious here....
There's just too much of a fundamental change from the source material for me to like it as Cowboy Bebop as Netflix produced it. Factoring in the problems with the cinematography not translating from anime to live-action, characters that also don't translate to live-action well (see: Ed, Woodcock), and the massive change to the 'ending', I just couldn't like it beyond just mindless entertainment.
I didn't like the changes to Faye because it removed aspects of the character; Pineda might be a great actress, but she doesn't suit the character. Cho works plenty fine as Spike, and Shakir is perfect as Jet. Hassel didn't have Vicious' gravitas from the source material. It didn't matter who played Ed, they don't translate very well to a real person no matter how well they act.
There's just a lot of fundamental flaws in trying to adapt a very heavily stylized work like Cowboy Bebop to live-action that they really didn't have much of a chance from the get-go. I will give them kudos for the CGI though, that was pretty spot-on.
I dunno, Ein is pretty cute...
