Tried 40K several years ago (wasn't my cup of tea but thought the background and mechanics were interesting) and even then you could tell those who took the Imperium a bit too far.....

Yup some people think the Imperium of Man is like some future to aspire to or some shit.

That's actually so childish, at a multi billion dollar world famous company, that I find it hilarious, and extremely stupid of course. But, in the 'that's so stupid, why risk your job like that, you hilarious moron' sort of way. Article spoiler: he did get fired.
He didn't get fired until after the current troubles started, so I'm not giving Activision any credit.
Oh yeah, I wasn't suggesting this makes Activision a better, company, it went for years apparently. Just, what the hell is your mindset to put that as your signature in a work email? Lol! He would have been fired immediately at most companies, one would think.
Yeah, I can't think of any company I've ever worked for going back to the early 90s where that would have been tolerated for more than a day. So bizarre.

Highly variable. If he was a good employee with no previous incidents I can believe he'd get a warning and a write up placed in his HR file. I wonder if he might actually have an actionable suit against Activision... after all he had been doing it for years, surely his managers knew -- but now he is fired over it?

*EDIT* too many commas, and a grammar error.

So, was that actually a Activision phone number? If so, it would interesting to know the origin of the number. Or was he actually bragging there little to no women working there? Which would be so eighth grade...
