The first skirmishes of
Battlefield 2042 are getting underway today, as
Early Access to the new installment in the shooter series has begun for
qualifying customers. This paves the way for the full official launch of the
game one week from today. So who gets in as of today? "Players who purchased the
game’s Gold or Ultimate Edition, as well as EA Play Pro subscribers will be able
to play starting today, and the Play First Trial for EA Play, Xbox Game Pass and
Xbox Game Pass Ultimate will grant subscribers access for up to 10 hours."
