It always kills me when the so called mechanics who almost always forget to either tighten the oil plug or the battery connections on every visit, trot out mid-oil change with a list of things they found wrong and they say they can fix. It's all boilerplate global end game capitalism scripted and required up sell.

Just do the oil change and make sure the oil plug and the battery connections are tight.

Mrs. Tiger is getting over her covid, it hit her hard but we're all vaccinated. Daughter and myself came up negative. After seeing how it wiped out the Mrs, I can only imagine what might have happened if we hadn't been vaccinated.

Yes it does. I wiped out on some wooden deck stairs in 2017, landed on my back right on the edge of the stair. Had Xrays, CT, MRI, saw a specialist, they found nothing. It still hurts a lot 5 years later now whenever I lean over to the left. I still think I chipped a rib bone and it's the muscle abraiding on it whenever I lean that way. I keep meaning to go see another orthopedic surgeon because otherwise it should have healed long ago - first surgeon told me that back injuries can take years to heal. 5 years? I think not.

Well according to the article, the breakthrough is that the pig was genetically modified to remove the gene that causes rejection in humans. They also want to use this for heart valves and skin grafts.
This was a short test - only 3 days - to prove that the kidney would function properly (it did) and there was no instant rejection (there wasn't). There may still be long term rejection issues as with normal transplants that will be discovered in future test, but this is very promising.
