Call of Duty: Warzone Anti-Cheat News Tomorrow?

A tweet from Activision discusses cheating in Call of Duty with the caption "see you tomorrow." According to Tom Henderson this will lead to a Call of Duty: Warzone anti-cheat announcement tomorrow: "HUGE statement to make. Hopefully, they deliver. News on Warzone's new Anti-cheat is coming tomorrow." Here's the body of Activision's tweet, translated from the all-caps original:
Dear cheaters,

We love games. It's our passion.
We're honored to make games for the greatest fans in the world.
We don't always get it right,
but we're committed to doing our best.

Cheating ruins fun for everyone.
No one likes a cheater.
Our goal is to deliver a fun and fair gaming experience.
For our developers.
For our fans.
And most importantly...
For Call of Duty fans everywhere.

Cheaters aren't welcome.
There's no tolerance for cheaters.
And soon you'll know what we mean.

The PR droids must have been working on this one for at least a year.

There is only one way to stop online game cheating. Run every game in the cloud (like GFN, Shadow, Stadia etc.)
Careful what you wish for: once cloud-based competitive gaming catches on, it will spread to singleplayer games, and then you can say goodbye to mods, .ini tweaks, command line parameters, and everything else.

True, but currently that just isn’t feasible. Activision would shut down ANY prior COD game to save renderfarm time for their most recent game. They’d intentionally make their game less graphically intense just to save on the muscle required on their end.

And let’s not forget that a lot of people are still on metered internet.
