EXOR Studios tweets that The Riftbreaker will be released on October 14th for PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5. This notes that the Windows edition is available to wishlist on Steam where there's also a playable demo of the base-building survival game. The PC edition is also coming to the Epic Games Store and will be available via the Xbox Game Pass on Day One as well. Here's a Release Date Announcement Trailer along with a refresher:

You play the role of captain Ashley S. Nowak - you are the Riftbreaker, an elite scientist/commando inside a powerful Mecha-Suit. Enter a one-way portal to Galatea 37, a distant planet at the far reaches of the Milky Way Galaxy, with the purpose of building up a base that will allow travel back to Earth and further colonization. Ashley's Mecha-suit, which she calls "Mr. Riggs", can withstand the harshest environmental conditions and has a full range of equipment for base construction, resource extraction, gathering specimens and of course - combat. It is capable of traveling through rifts that connect space across vast distances.

But more money won't end up in their pockets, it will end up in the publisher's pocket (unless they're self-published, obviously). And thus is the great EGS con.

They're self published and it would have taken you as much time to look that up as make this comment.

I thought about that, but figured it was worth posting anyway, since many people don't realize this, and the message was still important.
