eRe4s3r, I'm sure you do have your thinking cap on, often even -- hence why my criticism was limited. I suspect perhaps you don't fully appreciate a couple of things. One, the size of Texas, it is nearly twice the size of Germany (676,587 sq km to 357,022 sq km) -- although there is a smaller population 80m to 30m. Two, there are a lot of low income families in Texas. Families which barely scrape by even when the crazyness of an on-going pandemic isn't an issue for them. Even in normal circumstances their ability to up root is very limited, they simply don't have the money to do it. Last but not least, the pandemic has caused a housing crunch in the US (and everywhere else?) prices are up significantly and still trending that way. My home property assessment for tax purposes went up 10% this year.

Heh, had to laugh when I saw the picture. It was pretty much right next to Universal Studios Florida and about 5 mins from my apt (at the other entrance to USF. It was interesting but also on the Tourist Trap Strip Mall lane which made it a one time visit.

I assumed that it was 40, and was surprised when it was not. U2 always ended their concerts with 40 as a farewell/good-night song. It also is an incredibly relaxing song.

EDIT: forgot how charismatic Bono and the gang were back in the 80s, in addition to being pretty innovative and amazing musicians. People would still be singing the refrain from 40 an hour after the show ended.
