What do you wan't to bet that 90% of those reviewers play the game for about 5-10h and then never fire it up again.
As for the other thing, yes, there's a large chunk of players who don't play much of a game. I'm one of them, I have too many games and it's rare I will play one a lot even if it's awesome. And we know this is widespread, because of achievements. Like there's achievements in some games for beating tutorial and the percentage rate might only be 70% of game owners have that achievement.
