Most people just don't feel it is worth a dumb internet fight so end up with a rather large silent majority in many ways. Do it too long though and you end up with the modern situation where on many sites one can get silenced in one way or another for saying things that would have been considered boring / non controversial 5 years ago.

Most unions are very weak these days, but usually not by choice--the US is at the lowest its been in unionization for several decades now; but I wouldn't say they're useless. Especially with collective bargaining. I only wish after the latest SCOTUS ruling that people that don't pay union dues wouldn't benefit from collective bargaining--as that only weakens unions further and makes it all seem justified.

If all of the devs leave, ActiBlizz might as well just shut down every single game, service and active development currently under the Blizzard umbrella.

Wait... You actually think this is about actual harassment?

Its not... Of course in 2021 everything is harassments even not harassing at all is silent harassment.

But, this stuff is not about even pretend harassment. its about "social justice" and its a bunch of complete nonsense.

You personally know nothing of the situation to make bold statements like this. And there is another difuser word to things one doesn't like to hear about: Social Justice. Why not just let these people's stories play out in court where everyone gets to bring forth their evidence vs we just guessing from home all the time?
