Out of the Blue

We have a fun outing planned today, as we're going to see one of the wonder twins play baseball this afternoon. I've mentioned our besties' kids before, but a little detail sets up the cute twist here. The kids would actually be quite familiar to anyone who's seen Young Sheldon, as they are fraternal twins who are basically Sheldon and Missy. He is a freaking genius, and I'm not exaggerating even a little. He's so smart it's scary. And she, while smart in her own right, is a gifted athlete, one of the most coordinated youngsters I've ever seen. So yeah, today we're going to watch Missy play ball from the stands with Sheldon, who will probably be explaining the flight of the ball based on lift angle and exit velocity. For three innings at least, which is apparently all the attention you can get out of seven year-olds. Then we'll have some margaritas to celebrate. Sort of reverse tailgating.

No one told him he was trailing toilet paper either. He's surrounded by people that detest him.

It is widely known that despite his money, he buys suits off the rack, and doesn't get them tailored.
On the one hand that's weird given his wealth. On the other hand, he's not nearly as wealthy as he claims, so maybe he realizes he can't really afford it. My personal prediction: He has already stiffed every tailor worth going to so none of them will work for him.

Well I agree he may not be worth as much as he claims, but even if he's only worth millions, he can afford tailored suits. Hell I have tailored suits.

Some rich people are just cheap that way. Or maybe (I can relate) don't like the ordeal of the measuring/fitting at the tailor.

But that suit was absolutely horrible on him. His suits do tend to be baggy because he doesn't tailor them, but I can't understand why he would wear something like that. It looked uncomfortably tight in all the wrong places.

There is absolutely no way anyone would wear their pants backwards. You can't even possibly do that accidentally.

I think it's photoshopped because I've seen other photos and videos where it looks fine, except for the wrinkles above the knees which appears in all of them, and a substantial paunch bulge which a lot people gleefully assume is a diaper, but I can assure you from personal experience you can't tell if someone is wearing an adult diaper.

I think the simple answer is the pants just don't fit him. They're too tight. Maybe he gained a lot more weight. It is widely known that despite his money, he buys suits off the rack, and doesn't get them tailored. You would think someone on his staff, or his wife, would have told him the suit didn't look good on him, but then again I assume NO ONE tells him anything he doesn't want to hear.

Best flub so far- “we have to defund our freedoms” instead of “defend of borders.” The verb/noun swap is typical. It all fits Frontotemporal Dementia-PSP

More here, it's not a good look.
I can't tell what's up, is that diaper bulge or chocolate cake overdose and what’s with all the weird wrinkles?
But I'm like many others who can't tell the difference between his ass and his face.

I am skeptical. I'm going to guess it is altered. I've accidentally put pants on backwards before and it is pretty obvious something is wrong. The fit just doesn't work. The only way that wouldn't be the case if if you were wearing pants which were several sizes larger than you needed like if you were wearing 48" waist pants on your 38" waist. Not to mention how could you not notice when closing up the pants -- I mean unless they are sweat pants.

And Gabriel Union is sexy as hell. Love her voice.

I was disappointed when she got dropped as a judge on AGT. I have to say she is a very sexy woman. I was shocked to find out she's 48 when I idly looked up her wiki page while watching the show. I thought she was in her early 30s at most.

Blue, if you like the "Master and Commander" movie, you should check out the books by Patrick O'Brian. Fantastic writing and of course much deeper into the characters, and the history.

love that movie. it says something that of the films looking to make a franchise out of age of sail adventures, pirates of the Caribbean won out.
also finished watching all the Sharpe films, and the new poldark series and books, so i'm on a bit of a Napoleonic wars kick atm. hope this comes out soon.

As I believe I indicated on the previous story, not particularly surprising. I noticed the idiots "taking advantage of the empty roads".

saddening nonetheless. i knew it was going to be the case when i saw people driving like maniacs in the early days of lockdown. in my daily 40min commute to work i'd see a dozen people doing 100+. i'd say 99% of people don't have the driving skill nor the car to maintain that speed safely, so even in open roads there were bound to be bodies.
