I watched my nephew playing uncharted 2 (on his ps3 I assume) about ten years ago. It looked like a lot of fun despite the controller for shooting and I was more than a little envious.
To have an Uncharted game finally on the PC is an awesome idea and well overdue.

I bought a PS4 exclusively for playing TLoU...and it was a big letdown.
Fortunately, Uncharted 4 came with the console and I had a blast with it. Also, it was great to see a Monkey Island Easter egg.
I sold the PS4 right after I've finished both titles and never looked back as I've built a PC for the living room. Fuck exclusives!

Man I would adore a chance to play this game with mouseaim and unlocked framerate! I'd be a lot more interested in this than the other two games they've released (so far, let's hope they keep coming out with stuff and give us God of War and/or Bloodborne at some point)

I mean....you're not entirely wrong. They're both games about exploring long-abandoned locations, fighting other treasure hunters along the way. The characters are better defined in Uncharted, for sure...Lara's got personality TRAITS, but no personality.
Unlike the new Tomb Raiders, which have backtracking and whatnot, the Uncharted games are a linear story. The second one was so good, I bought the remastered series just to go back and play it again. But don't expect much replayability beyond experiencing the story again.

I never really got into Horizon, but I am 90% certain this is because of bad performance. I was still on my 1080 and ancient CPU when I played that game and it was the most demanding game I ever played. There's also a small percent chance I just never got into it due to its setting. I find that I don't really like the medieval fantasy world mixed with futuristic shit. Same reason I never got into Elex and I'm concerned with my first hours of Biomutant.

I've heard a lot of good things about it. I want to get it eventually but I'm also sceptical about how well it'll run on my ageing PC. 1070ti, 16gb ram, and an i7 that I can't remember the generation or model. It's around 6 years old though. I think it equals 3.2ghz... I only play at 1080p though so I'm thinking it might run fine with these specs. It's when you get into 4k territory where my card would probably blow up. You left out one of the key factors. I.e. if your playing at 19x10 you would easily be getting over 60fps, but if you have to run at 25x14 or higher, not so much.

I'm on an average of 130fps with everything maxed out. I have a 3070 though, and an i7 I keep forgetting the make of as well 😂 it runs on 8 cores at 5100mhz per core is what I do know though. If you are fine with 60fps I think you'll be safe, just not on max settings but maybe medium?

If it has Tomb Raider vibes, I'm down. Sure, I prefer playing the female so I can oogle at Lara at all the cut scenes but just to get more of that type of game play, I'll take it.
