Absolutely! I mean, we should just abolish all labor laws and bring back slavery while we're at it. Those scum haven't done a real day's work since slavery was abolished! At the very least 16 hour work days six days a week and docking people for bathroom breaks - well Amazon already has that covered making people pee in bottles and what not. It's been far too long since the world has seen a good robber baron like Mr. Bezos! They only benefits they should get are regular beatings and gruel!

That's a good idea but I'm more for the conscripted form of slave labor 45 uses to keep employees.
Never give them a pay raise so they can't afford to leave. Instead subsidize their rent or pay for their kids college.

Start out with a base salary of x, 10 years later you're still making x. You're basically stuck.
