Out of the Blue

Dinner last night turned out perfectly, thanks to differing perspectives. MrsBlue thought the shell steak was a little tough (I didn't agree), so I got most of that. I thought the salmon was a little fishy, so she got most of that. And we both thought the risotto came out great. It turned out to be a lot easier to make than I imagined, but I was still very proud of myself to have nailed it on my first try.

Ricey Round-up

I've never seen or even heard of shell steak. Had to look that one up. Is that common around your parts?

I hope they find whatever is causing that in the bears. Sounds more like a parasite than a virus though. Probably something to do with fucking microplastics however.

Not sure what risotto is, but being as I'm neither a fan of rice nor pasta I imagine it's not something I have to concern myself with.
Jack Sprat could eat no fat,
His wife could eat no lean;
And so betwixt them both,
They lick'd the platter clean.

I imagine Egon walking up to a bear and saying "I'm going to need a sample of your brain tissue."
