Raids: Last Week Tonight w/John Oliver
There's only 20 seconds difference between a no knock raid and a normal raid, basically nothing.
The Supreme Court has ruled that evidence collected if 20 seconds didn't pass is still valid meaning there's no punishment for an LEO to yell police and then break down the door and throw a flashbang in a baby crib (that actually happened, to add insult to injury it happened at the wrong house)
