Bond markets are pricing in rate increases which will help drive prices down, depending on how the stimulus package impacts inflation. Equity rich boomers keep getting richer and voting in more measures to keep the party going unfortunately and the constant influx of foreign money into real estate markets hasn't helped either. I am grateful that my parents hammered home the advice to buy property cheap and "get on the ladder" in my mid-20s. I have several friends who are basically priced out of the market unless they uproot entirely.
