Oh and speaking of "The Man From Earth" -- has anyone watch the 2017 sequel "The Man from Earth: Holocene"? I'd like to but I'm concerned it will ruin the original for me somehow.

It's not good from what I've heard. The original was wonderful, and I don't need it tarnished.
As far as Tenet is concerned, I was intrigued and hopeful. In concept it was an interesting new take on time 'travel' but I think the execution was flawed, and I do believe there were mistakes. I've watched several Youtube videos explaining the timeline in detail, and that helps and I'd recommend it, but there are still inconsistencies. We should probably do a spoiler thread on this.
