Pandemics are like newborns, neither come with operating manuals.
When scientists and researchers investigate, they don't have all the information in the beginning.
When you see changing recommendations and guidelines it's because reseachers have learned new things.
We are continuing to learn about the coronavirus and will continue to learn for years to come.
In the meantime here are a few simple things you can do to protect yourself and help prevent the spread.
Wear a mask, even after you've been vaccinated.
Wash your hands frequently.
And most importantly, don't get medical information from randos on social and/or politicized media.
