Very sad. He got pneumonia, likely from COVID, and died because he could not be vaccinated against COVID-19 due to medication he was taking for the pneumonia. 
My question is what pneumonia medication prevents people from getting a vaccine shot? Lots of people have pneumonia.

When i read that Tom Moore died of covid i realized that 2021 is going to suck just as bad as 2020.
