I don't believe in curses, for example the 1918 Red Sox never won a super bowl.
But is it a coincidence that all members of I Love Lucy including the producers, writers, key grip, sound guy and the stage director are now dead, kinda makes you wonder.
Of course there's no such thing as a real curse. But it is a strange coincidence that the actors on this show keep dying off at 65 or younger. Here are the ages at death of the cast of I Love Lucy, despite living in a less medically competent era and being mostly smokers:
Lucy: 77
Dezi: 69
Vivian (Ethel): 70
Bill (Fred): 79
Keith (Jr.): 70 and not dead

Hmm, the news story I read didn't list a cause of death. Where did you see he died of COVID?

The Babylon 5 curse continues. Loved her take on Delenn. She brought intensity and gravitas to that role. RIP.

Well, the "curse" is the fact that like two-thirds of the main cast are dead, all of them before the age of 70, several in their 40s and 50s. Going before your 70th isn't a big shocker, but compare it to other television casts around the same era and it's night and day. The most direct comparison would probably be DS9, given it ran parallel to Babylon 5, and had an even larger ensemble cast. Of the 10 characters with the most episode credits on B5, 6 actors are dead, none older than 65. For DS9, that number is 1. You can even expand it to the top 20 most credited characters and the number is still only 3, and two of those died in their late 70s.

I'm really looking forward to WandaVision, but I hate the weekly release model, so I'm waiting for it to be finished so I can binge it. It's hard though, there's constantly spoilers everywhere. It's the same for any new show these days, I feel like I'm always tip-toeing through a mine field.

So, I don't bet against Brady. I wouldn't normally bet against Rodgers either but seeing as those are the teams...and I think the Bucs are better in terms of the roster...I say Bucs 28 Packers: 24
As for the Chiefs/Bills game, my brain says Chiefs and my gut says Bills. I am gonna side with the Bills just because it seems wrong to cheer for a Chiefs victory as a Raider fan. Bills 38 Chiefs 28
Never bet against Brady... Unless he's playing the Giants.![]()
