Hitman is basically a puzzle game. It didn't really get a lot of gas until Hitman Contracts though, the first 2 are a bit long in the tooth. Have this many people really avoided this game? The series has been around forever.

Huge number of reviews for a game series that just doesn't capture my interests. Running around murdering people for cash? The idea has never appealed...;)

HITMAN (1), HITMAN 2 and HITMAN 3 are, in the end, just one really long HITMAN (1). No real innovation, just more of the same arcady shite. The randomness of the assassination targets. 47 is just an instrument. In fact, Watch Dogs Legion's gameplay mechanism would lend itself perfectly for this.
I really hope the next Hitman reboot will be more story focussed, with actual storytelling. I'm happy for the gamers that love this trilogy, but I considered it the death of the IP I loved.
