That's just crazy, it's the bitcoin miners who are buying all these cards at any price. It helps them make 10k + a month and that's on the low end.
All the vendors have to do is make a list, like forming a line in a store. Then any new "PO Box delivery addresses" would be verified individually.
The vendors could setup a "cross reference" of PO Box delivery addresses, only. No names or any other identifying info, because PO Box delivery
addresses are the key to how they get away with it, iirc. Internally they already check, home address with credit card info.
We can be delayed 1 or 2 weeks while they verify accounts to get a card, instead of never getting one.
