Should be criminal as well. I mean this is also known as theft. 10 million also seems to low, but I guess whatever they have to pay just ends up becoming our cost for tickets. So imo it has to be criminal.

At least one of the guys involved pleaded guilty last year to criminal charges. Given how lenient the US is on both guilty pleas and white collar crime, I'd be surprised if he even got jail time.

The US has to be lenient on white collar crimes, otherwise, most politicians would be in prison
So like 3 concerts worth of income from their normal added fees? Harsh.
