At least one of the guys involved pleaded guilty last year to criminal charges. Given how lenient the US is on both guilty pleas and white collar crime, I'd be surprised if he even got jail time.

The US has to be lenient on white collar crimes, otherwise, most politicians would be in prison Greedy
