Yeah, reading the actual descriptions of the in game device, that closely resembles a real life seizure-causing medical device, make it seem like they just need to scrap that thing entirely, and put a solid color light, or whatever in place of it. Before somebody who is unaware of their own photosensitivity plays that part of the game and possibly dies.
It's not like they are talking about removing all the neon lights from the game or something.
